• The event takes place at IBBT (Zuiderpoort Office Park, Gaston Crommenlaan 8, bus 102, 9050 Gent/Ledeberg, Belgium). Check Google Maps to pinpoint it on the map.
• Once you’re at the Gaston Crommenlaan 8, here’s how to find the IBBT offices:

Find the sign with the big red ‘C’ on it.

Head up the staircase and keep to the left.

The entrance is to the left, near the end there’s a door (marked IBBT/iCubes). Welcome!

Parking space

• there’s a parking garage (3 levels) under the Zuiderpoort Office Park itself, but it’s not free of charge.
• you can park in the street (Gaston Crommenlaan)
• the old industrial building you could park last year is being torn down and has been closed off. No more parking spaces there as a result.
